When Standard Trailers Fail

Heavy haul and project cargo defy standard logistics. A 60-ton transformer does not fit on a standard flatbed. A 45-meter wind turbine blade cannot negotiate a city roundabout. A load of freshly cut hardwood logs will destroy ordinary suspension within a year. Operators face three engineering challenges: height restrictions with standard 1,500mm deck heights, uneven load distribution causing deck punctures, and route constraints on 90° intersections.

Junchi’s Purpose-Built Oversize and Overweight Solutions

For ultra-heavy cargo, our lowbed semi-trailers offer a deck height as low as 900mm, allowing transport of 4.5-meter-tall transformers under standard bridges. For logging, our log trucks feature reinforced bunks with anti-rotation spikes and heavy-duty walking beam suspension. For extreme lengths, our specialty semi-trailers include extendable flatbeds that telescope from 11 to 25 meters for wind blade segments and precast concrete beams. For liquid heavy transport, our liquid tankers and oil tankers include internal baffles and rollover protection valves.
