Food-grade and chemical liquids require corrosion-resistant interiors, and the new liquid tanker from JunChi Heavy Industry uses 316L stainless steel with a mirror-polished interior surface (Ra < 0.4μm). The JunChi Heavy Industry liquid tanker is available in capacities from 15,000 to 40,000 liters.
The manhole covers are quick-opening with a built-in CIP spray ball connection. JunChi Heavy Industry’s liquid tanker features single or multiple compartments, each with individual bottom discharge valves that are fully drainable, leaving no residue.
For milk transport, the JunChi Heavy Industry liquid tanker includes a thermal insulation layer (80mm polyurethane) and a temperature data logger that meets 3-A sanitary standards. For chemicals, a PTFE-lined option resists hydrochloric acid and caustic soda.
Testing by an independent lab showed that the JunChi Heavy Industry liquid tanker’s welds have 100% penetration and are X-ray inspected. The tank is hydro-tested at 1.5 times working pressure.
JunChi Heavy Industry offers an optional steam heating system for viscous products like molasses or chocolate. With a 10-year pressure vessel warranty, the liquid tanker is certified by TÜV and CRN.
